Kue
cubit is a common snack food in many
Indonesian cities. It is a cake, around 4 centimetres (1.6 in) in
diameter. It can be obtained from street sellers near schools. So, that’s make
kue cubit is very popular now on teenagers culture. Kue cubit uses flour, baking powder,
sugar
and milk
as its primary ingredients. The liquid dough is poured into a steel plate with
several small round basins so that it will form a round shape when cooked, and
poured with meises (chocolate granules) on top of it. The seller uses a special
hooked stick to take the cake off from the steel plate. Even the look of the
cake is ordinary, but the taste is extraordinary. And it has a unique side
because we can ask the seller to make it half-cooked so the doug will melt on
the center of the cake. But, we also can ask the seller to make it really
cooked but it wont melting, so the cooked one is not that popular as the
half-cooked.
The cake is called kue "cubit”
because of its small size: to eat it one has to pinch it. Recently, this cake already has a lot
of flavor. The original one made by milk and sugar so the taste is sweet.
Another flavor, which is green tea, banana flavor, and taro flavor. It happened
because so many people recently like the taste of green tea, banana, and taro. But there’s also
another flavor like vanilla, nutella, and pandan. But those of flavor not
really popular like the other. Now, im gonna tell you how to make the original
kue cubit. First, you need all this ingredients:

how to make a kue cubit:
First whisk
the eggs and sugar until fluffy and sugar into a soluble, you can use a mixer.
Then enter
the flour little by little and mix well
Then pour the
liquid margarine, stir and then enter the baking soda, baking powder and
vanilla powder
Next enter
the batter into the existing container mouth like a pitcher or measuring cups
so that the dough is easier when poured into the mold.
Heat a pinch
cake mold over a small fire first spread a little margarine
Pour the
dough with half the volume of the mold and close.
When the
dough is partially cooked and fluffy, sprinkle with cheese or chocolate meses.
Wait until
cooked and lightly browned
